Building Strong Friendships: Friendships are one of the most important (and sometimes most stressful!) parts of growing up. While some relationships come easily, others can leave kids feeling left out, hurt, or unsure of themselves. In this workshop, you’ll discover the key skills children need to create and maintain healthy, lasting friendships, even when challenges like exclusion, conflict, or shifting peer groups arise. You’ll also learn practical ways to support your child in navigating the big emotions that come with friendship ups and downs, so they feel more confident, resilient, and connected.
